Had fun using this weighted sandbag variation for some walking lunges. To me it always feels good to try something new.
Something to think about ⤵️
Instead of being “that guy” who attempts to load more and more weight on the bar sacrificing all forms of control & technique. Sometimes
all you need is just a little switch up in load position or implementation of an exercise.
Load position ➡️ where/how you hold the weight during a movement.
Implementation ➡️ can be tempo, rest pause, time under tension, body position, body angle, static holds, etc. All of which can add more intensity into your movements without mindless adding weight on a bar to the point of no control.
Just a little food for thought. Makes all the difference👌🏻
